CES 2027 — Robotics Track

CES is where humanoid hardware companies go to convince investors and convince themselves. The 2027 edition will be the first major trade-show test for the consumer-facing robots — 1X Neo Gamma in particular — and a venue Chinese manufacturers have historically used to introduce new SKUs to Western buyers.

Expect Unitree to update H1, UBTECH to announce something Walker S-adjacent, and 1X to bring whatever's behind Neo Gamma. The signal-to-noise ratio at CES is low; the few signals are usually about pricing and partnerships rather than capability.

Our coverage will be skeptical-by-default. If a demo cannot be requested off-script, it does not count.
