Humanoids 2026

The IEEE-RAS International Conference on Humanoid Robots — "Humanoids" — is the smaller, more focused cousin of ICRA. The 2026 edition is scheduled for Santa Clara, California, and remains the field's most concentrated venue for legged locomotion, whole-body control, manipulation, and human-robot interaction research.

Santa Clara 2026 will be notable for being the first Humanoids since both the all-electric Atlas and Figure 02 went public. Expect engineering teams from Boston Dynamics, Figure, and Unitree to present, and expect the question-and-answer sessions to be where the real news comes from.
